①Anime character selection

Communicate with customers and determine the anime characters or themes that customers want to customize. You can choose classic anime or the popular anime nowadays.

② Pattern design:

Customers can provide their own designs or use our existing designs, or we can assist customers in designing.

Our designers consider the following points when designing printing patterns

Size: The regular sizes selected by general customers are 130×25 mm and 100×25 mm. Other sizes can also be customized according to design needs to display pattern details in a limited space.

Color saturation: The control of the color saturation of the characters in our product is important. Only when the characters' colors and background colors echo each other can the entire picture present a harmonious visual effect.

Double-sided design: You can choose the same design on both sides or different designs, which can be character patterns, character names, iconic patterns, logos or customized slogans, etc.

We will send the design to the customer for confirmation first, adjust the design based on customer feedback, and then conduct production after the final confirmation of the design with the customer.

①. Material selection

Twill Fabric: We generally choose high-quality Twill Fabric, which has good durability and texture and is suitable for custom printed patterns.

②. Accessories selection

Our Custom Flight Tag comes with corns and Custom Metal Key Ring, and can be customized colors.

①. Subject production

Confirm single-sided printing or double-sided printing, thermally transfer the designed pattern on two pieces of Twill fabric, select the cardboard, cut it to the desired size, place it between the two pieces of Twill fabric, and sew it together.

②. Punch holes and install corns

Punch a hole at one end of the semi-finished rectangle that has been sewn and install a corns

③. Assembly and inspection

Install the prepared Metal Key Ring into the corns to ensure it is securely connected.

I. Appearance inspection

① Check whether the pattern is clearly printed and whether it is consistent with the customer's design.

② Check whether the edges are neat and whether there are loose yarn or burrs.

③ Check the overall situation for defects, such as stains, damage, etc.

II. Conduct functional testing

Check whether the Metal Key Ring works normally and whether it can penetrate the key normally.
